About the event
Pickleball is a fast growing game that is a hybrid of tennis and table tennis to put in crudely. It is played on a hard court that is much smaller than a tennis court and played with a paddle that is larger than a table tennis paddle and a plastic ball. Most beginners pick it up in one to two sessions.

The handful of rules are a bit quirky but quite easy to get used to after a couple of hits.
A session can be arranged with a coach at North Balwyn Bowls Club who will provide all equipment - paddles, balls, nets, and he will also help beginners get started and offer tips to social players. A private group session can be arranged for min. of 8 players, and up…
